Hospitality Front-of-House Staff training is designed to strengthen trainees’ foundational and transferable skills through engaging in occupational learning. This upskilling initiative supports trainees’ ability to secure and excel in employment within the Food Services and Accommodation industry.
I developed three customized e‑learning micro‑credential courses tailored to project‑specific occupations. These competency‑based learning materials included three full occupational curricula, 18 e‑learning modules, trainee and administrator guides, slide decks, and downloadable reference resources. All 18 modules were completed within 10 months of project launch and featured accessible, gamified content and interactive learning activities.
Type – online learning (asynchronous).
Target audience – individuals seeking to enter or transition into roles within the Food Services and Accommodation industry.
